FAQ

Does the talent have to be on site?

No — VCheki works over any common video call or streaming setup. The talent sees each photo appear on their signing table in real time and signs it live, whether they are backstage or on the other side of the world.

What do we need at the venue?

One standard PC, a camera and — for physical prints — a Fujifilm Instax Mini printer. No specialized AV hardware and no technical expertise required.

How long does one cheki take?

Pose, live signature, instant print — a complete cheki takes just a few minutes per fan. Faster than making a cup of ramen.

Which software does VCheki work with?

Any common video conferencing or streaming software. It plays well with Discord, VDO.Ninja, OBS Studio, vMix, MimoLive, and the avatar source can be any window or web URL.

Which operating systems are supported?

VCheki runs on Windows, macOS and Linux. iOS and Android are planned for the future!

Do fans get a physical photo?

Yes — the signed cheki prints out on the spot as a real Instax photo. Prefer pixels? It can be saved digitally instead.
